1. 1 cup fresh cream
2. 1 tsp coffee powder
3. 2 cups dark chocolate
1.Heat 1 cup fresh cream along with 1 tsp coffee in a pan.
2. Stir it well and let it simmer.
3. Pour the hot coffee infused cream into a bowl of dark chocolate.
4. Give it a good mix and freeze it until it sets.
5. Once it sets, shape the truffles by rolling them between your palms and coat with some cocoa powder.
