TODAY’S RECIPE IS Unique Dessert Recipe | Layered Tapioca Coffee Dessert Recipe | Tapioca Coffee Pudding | Yummy

INGREDIENTS:
Tapioca pearl/ sago 1/4 cup
Wash well & soak for 10 mins
Boiling water 3 cup
Coffee 1 pack
Add tapioca
Cook until transparent
Strain
Strained coffee mixture 1 cup
Sugar 1/4 cup
Agar agar / gelatine 1 tsp
Cook until boil
6 inch pan
Grease butter
Keep in the fridge until set
Milk 2 cup
Sugar 1/3 cup
Agar agar/ gelatine 2 tsp
Cook until boil
Boiled tapioca
Cook for 2 mins
Keep it in the fridge until set

NOTE: 1 CUP = 250 ML
