Creamy coffee and biscuit dessert
A mouthwatering four-ingredient no-bake Coffee dessert! It’s so easy to make, and every bite is perfect. This dessert can be made beforehand for an Iftar party and tastes even better on the next day.
Ingredients
* 2 tablespoons instant coffee dissolved in 1 cup of hot water
* 1 cup (240 ml) heavy whipping cream
* 2 tablespoons powdered sugar
* 2 packs marie biscuits
* 2 tablespoon unsweetened cacao powder and some for dusting
* Handful Chocolate chips
Method:
* Combine the heavy cream with powdered sugar and cocoa powder, and using an electric mixer beat until medium peaks form.
* Dip marie biscuits into the coffee solution for a few seconds. Layer in a single layer in a casserole dish.
* Spread half of the cream over the first layer of the biscuits, followed by another layer of dipped biscuits, and finally top with the remaining cream.
* Cover with plastic wrap, and chill in the fridge for at least 3 hours.
* Decorate the top with cream and coffee dusting.
